Flex is hiring a Senior Process Engineer (Mechanical Assembly) in Guadalajara, North Campus, to support a PCBA manufacturing organization. Reporting to the Process Engineer Manager, the role focuses on improving cost, quality, and delivery through mechanical assembly process development, manufacturability evaluation, capital equipment implementation, process control, engineering change orders, and production transfer. The position requires a BA/BS or equivalent, NPI and mass-production knowledge, mechanical assembly or electronics process experience, advanced English, and technical knowledge of torque tools, PLCs, liquid cooling, pneumatics, poka-yoke, and maintenance.
