Molex is hiring a Senior Process Engineer in Fremont, California to develop and implement sealing and attachment processes for advanced optoelectronic packages, including CPO and ELSFP. The role covers automated die-attach, solder hierarchies, hermetic lid and fiber sealing, process windows, control plans, supplier qualification, reliability testing, failure analysis, and NPI. Candidates need an MS in a relevant engineering or science field, at least 10 years of optoelectronic R&D experience, and expertise in solder and epoxy processes, DOE, DFM, and reliability testing.
