Description
VulcanForms is hiring a Senior Process Engineer, Post-Processing to design and direct manufacturing processes that convert printed parts into finished, inspected products. The role covers post-print operations such as part movement, depowdering, plate removal, heat treatment, fixture and work-holding design, work instructions, quality documentation, ERP manufacturing steps, non-conforming material disposition, and troubleshooting. Candidates need at least five years of progressive product or manufacturing development experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, advanced CAD and ERP experience, GD&T and statistical process capability expertise, and knowledge of subtractive manufacturing integrated with additive workflows.
