Description
ASM is hiring a Process Productivity Engineer to work with customers as a system-level expert supporting new product development and field product support. The role owns productivity issues such as defect reduction, tool matching, and tool availability; advises engineering teams on customer requirements and process best practices; designs and analyzes experiments using DOE and RSM; troubleshoots equipment; and owns marathon qualification of new processes and products. The position requires a master’s or PhD in a relevant engineering or science field, at least two years of hands-on hardware experience, strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills, and 25–50% domestic and international travel.
