STMicroelectronics is hiring a Senior PVD Process Engineer to develop, qualify, optimize, and sustain metal deposition processes on Applied Materials Endura platforms. The role supports semiconductor manufacturing through process stability, film quality, equipment matching, defect control, yield improvement, troubleshooting, metrology and SPC analysis, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar discipline, five years of PVD process engineering experience, extensive metal deposition knowledge, primarily AMAT Endura tool experience, and English business proficiency.
