STMicroelectronics is hiring a Senior PVD Process Engineer to develop, qualify, optimize, and sustain tungsten deposition and etch-back processes on Applied Materials Centura platforms. The role focuses on process stability, yield improvement, equipment matching, defect reduction, metrology analysis, troubleshooting, tool qualification, product transfers, documentation, and continuous improvement in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar discipline, five years of PVD process engineering experience, extensive knowledge of tungsten deposition and etch-back processes, primarily AMAT Centura tool experience, and English business proficiency.
