GHD is hiring a Senior Process Engineer for its water treatment team in Southern California to lead the design, optimization, and troubleshooting of advanced membrane filtration systems for municipal and industrial applications. The role supports project planning, design, construction oversight, technical reporting, client and stakeholder coordination, plant startup and performance testing, and the mentorship of junior and intermediate engineers. It requires a bachelor’s degree in chemical, environmental, or process engineering, at least eight years of relevant experience, and a California Professional Engineer license or the ability to obtain one within one year. The position follows a hybrid model with three days in the office and offers a salary range of $108,000 to $180,000.
