Molex is hiring a Senior Process Integration Engineer in Fremont, California, to lead process design and development for fiber-optic Optical Circuit Switch products used in AI clusters and data centers. The role covers final assembly and system-level integration, calibration and testing, reliability and quality assurance, process improvement, technical guidance, documentation, and cross-functional coordination through engineering change requests. Candidates need a master’s degree in a physical science or engineering discipline with an optical orientation, at least five years of optical process development experience, and experience with fiber-optic system integration, calibration, testing, optical assemblies, measurement instruments, Python, DOE, FMEA, project planning, and new product introduction. The position offers $140,000–$210,000 per year plus variable pay and benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
