Description
Micron is hiring a Senior Process Integration Engineer for its Advanced Technology and Engineering group to transfer and scale advanced DRAM nodes into high-volume production at its Boise fabrication facility. The role leads module ownership, root-cause analysis, yield ramp, DOE, process capability, and cross-functional qualification of processes, tools, and materials. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, at least five years of semiconductor fab or high-volume manufacturing experience including memory technologies, and at least three years in process integration, yield ramp, or quality improvement. The position may require international travel for training and shift work as needed.
