GlobalFoundries is hiring for a high-voltage BCD process-integration and device-development role involving engineering splits, device testing, report generation, failure analysis, reliability testing, lot ownership, and high-voltage test-structure layout and device optimization. The position requires a degree or master’s in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Material Science, 2–3 years of process integration or technology development experience, and knowledge of CMOS/HV process schemes and device physics.
