Description
The .NET Technical Lead is a senior role responsible for leading .NET software development teams, defining technical architecture and solution design, managing end-to-end project delivery, and bridging business stakeholders with engineering teams. The role combines deep Microsoft .NET expertise with project and program management, including technical leadership, people and delivery management, stakeholder communication, Agile delivery, code reviews, mentoring, risk management, and cloud and DevOps adoption. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT and typically 8–15+ years of experience in .NET development, architecture, team leadership, and project delivery.
