Description
CRB is hiring a Lead Process Utilities Engineer to lead discipline-level design and project execution across life sciences projects of varying complexity. The role manages budgets, coordinates with project managers and external stakeholders, mentors engineering support staff, reviews technical documents, and oversees utilities design, capacity planning, risk assessments, 3D model coordination, site walkdowns, and commissioning. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, at least 10 years of experience for lead-level candidates, and experience in design firms, operating companies, or construction environments. It is a hybrid role with three days per week in the office.
