Orca Bio is hiring a Senior Process Validation Engineer in Sacramento, California to own the process validation lifecycle for its cell therapy manufacturing operations. The role covers Process Validation Master Plans, Process Performance Qualification campaigns, aseptic process simulations, shipping validation, cold-chain management, URS and risk-assessment authoring, deviation and CAPA impact assessments, and regulatory inspection support. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant life-sciences or engineering discipline and either six years of direct cGMP process validation experience with a bachelor’s degree or four years with a master’s degree.
