Sedgman is hiring a Senior Procurement Advisor for its Brisbane-based team to lead end-to-end procurement for major mining and minerals processing projects. The role covers procurement strategy, sourcing, tendering, commercial negotiations, contract administration, supplier and stakeholder relationships, and the procurement of major equipment, bulk materials, construction services, and subcontract works. It also includes mentoring and supporting a small team of Procurement Advisors. The position requires project-based procurement experience, strong commercial and negotiation skills, leadership or team-supervision experience, and offers flexible hybrid working.
