Description
The Senior Procurement and Contracts Specialist will lead end-to-end procurement and contracting for the FPSP Infrastructure program portfolio in Suva, Fiji. The role covers market analysis, tendering, supplier selection, contract development and negotiation, contract management, compliance, fraud control, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. It requires a relevant degree or professional qualification, at least 10 years of procurement and contract management experience, strong knowledge of public procurement and Commonwealth Procurement Rules, and proficiency with procurement software and Microsoft Office. The position is based in Suva and is intended for a long-term role until 31 December 2027, with a likely extension to 31 December 2028.
