ACGF Foundation is hiring a full-time Senior Procurement Specialist to be based in Kabul. The role leads procurement activities for the World Bank-funded Private Sector Resilience Program, including managing World Bank Standard Procurement Documents, preparing bidding documents, evaluating proposals, managing contracts, maintaining procurement records, using the STEP system, and supporting compliance with World Bank procurement regulations. The specialist will also mentor procurement staff, support future donor programs, and provide guidance on complex procurement matters. The position requires at least seven years of specialized procurement experience, including five years on World Bank-funded projects and three years in a Senior Procurement Specialist role, along with a relevant university degree and strong English, Dari or Pashto, and computer skills.
