Netcracker is hiring a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead sourcing and procurement for IT and telecom software and infrastructure. The role manages software licenses and related services, conducts RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, negotiates complex contracts and framework agreements, evaluates and monitors suppliers, supports license renewals, and performs TCO, ROI, and spend analysis to drive cost optimization and strategic alignment. Candidates need strong IT and telecom procurement knowledge, contract negotiation and supplier management expertise, analytical skills, and at least five years of relevant experience.
