Description
The Procurement/Subcontract Specialist purchases critical, complex, high-dollar products and serves as a staff advisor to the Procurement and Subcontracts Manager. The role coordinates major quoting activities, maintains audit documentation, reports on pending negotiations, leads major supplier contract negotiations, helps develop purchasing procedures, and supports buying personnel. It requires a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and at least fifteen years of purchasing experience, with a stated salary range of $130,000 to $175,000 and benefits including health and disability insurance, a 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts or HSAs, EAP, tuition reimbursement, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
