Axon is hiring a Senior Product Analytics individual contributor to partner with product managers and a Senior Analytics Engineer on product adoption, engagement, go-to-market, and AI/LLM analytics. The role owns metric frameworks, event taxonomy, data models, data quality, and applied analyses, while helping define how agents consume product data. It is based in the Seattle office on a hybrid schedule with onsite work Tuesday through Friday and remote work on Mondays, and offers a base pay range of $123,750 to $198,000 USD.
