Description
The Senior Product Approval Associate monitors and approves bulk fabric, artwork, trims, washes, lab dips, accessories, and pre-production samples in accordance with Haddad Brands and licensors’ standards. The role partners with the Product Approval Manager, overseas vendors, design and development teams, production, and sourcing teams; manages approval tracking, seasonal boards, risk assessments, sample racks, and pre-season and post-season improvements. It requires a bachelor’s degree in product management, fashion merchandising, or a related field, at least two years of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, knowledge of fabric construction and trims, and Microsoft Office proficiency. The position requires consistent in-office presence and offers a salary of $70,000 to $100,000 yearly.
