Description
Fivetran + dbt Labs is hiring a Senior Manager to lead the Product Design team responsible for dbt Labs. Reporting to the Director of Product Design, the role manages and develops product designers, owns UX strategy across dbt products, partners with Product and Engineering leadership, and leads design for complex technical data products, AI-powered and agentic experiences, and the integration of Fivetran and dbt Labs design operations. The position requires at least 8 years of product design experience and 5 years managing product designers, along with strong people management, cross-functional leadership, technical fluency, and experience with AI workflows. It is a hybrid role in Denver with a target compensation range of $201,765 to $252,206 USD.
