Senior Product Design Manager at KOHO

KOHO is hiring a Senior Product Design Manager to lead product design across zero-to-one, growth, onboarding, and other high-leverage initiatives while supporting the Design System team. The role develops and coaches product designers, sets design direction, leads experimentation, balances growth and customer value, collaborates with Product, Engineering, Data, Research, and Marketing, and helps build operating practices and design capabilities. Candidates need at least 8 years of consumer-facing digital product design experience, including 4+ years leading product design teams, plus zero-to-one or growth experience and deep design-systems expertise. The role is remote and offers a budgeted salary of CAD 170,000–220,000 per year.
