Mercury is hiring a Senior Product Designer for its Accounting Integrations team to lead the design vision for accounting workflows, translate complex financial operations into intuitive experiences, define shared interaction patterns and visual language, and partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research. The role requires at least six years of experience leading complex end-to-end product design initiatives, strong systems and workflow thinking, experience simplifying complex workflows, and the ability to use AI to accelerate product exploration. The target base salary is $189,000–$236,200 USD for United States employees.
