Sigma is hiring a Senior Product Designer / Design Engineer to combine interaction design with AI engineering. The role uses LLMs and AI coding tools to prototype, build, refine, and ship AI-native interfaces; evaluates and trains AI systems; develops skills and evaluation frameworks; and establishes design patterns for conversational and data-focused AI interactions. It is a four-day-on-site position in Sigma’s San Francisco office, with a base salary of $210,000–$250,000 annually and eligibility for variable pay, stock options, and benefits.
