Description
Gladly is hiring a senior product designer to own end-to-end design for its Agent Harness, including research, flows, interaction and visual design for tools that configure, steer, and evaluate AI agents. The role also owns the shared design library, sets design quality standards, reviews AI-generated and engineer-built interfaces, and uses prototyping to test ideas before production code. It is a senior individual-contributor position reporting to the Head of Product, with a $150,000 to $185,000 annual salary plus equity and benefits, and a fully remote work environment.
