Arta is hiring a Senior Product Designer to create AI-native workflows, conversational interfaces, and human-in-the-loop interactions for wealth-management and enterprise software. The role partners with product, engineering, and partner teams to shape product direction, build interactive prototypes, develop a flexible design system, and ensure production-ready experiences. Candidates need at least six years of in-house product design experience, a strong portfolio, platform-design experience, and the ability to simplify complex workflows; fintech or enterprise software experience is preferred.
