Description
Docebo is hiring a Senior Product Designer to own complex end-to-end user journeys across Instructor-Led Training and Training Management Systems. The role focuses on translating ambiguous operational requirements into workflow maps and testable design hypotheses, designing scheduling, approvals, resource tracking, capacity checks, conflict alerts, and recovery paths, and incorporating AI-assisted scheduling assistance. The designer will prototype and iterate using Figma and light code, partner with Product, Engineering, and Design System teams, and use research and product analytics to inform decisions. The position follows a hybrid schedule with three office days per week and includes health benefits and other employee rewards.
