Dsquares is hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design of new features and product improvements from concept through launch. The role includes user research, data analysis, wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity UI design in Figma, design-system maintenance, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring junior designers and internship students. Candidates need at least four years of digital product design experience, expertise in UX, UI, interaction design, and systems thinking, and experience with Figma, FigJam, research tools, and data analytics; front-end and animation experience are advantageous.
