Justworks is hiring a Senior Product Designer to define and deliver design solutions for business-critical experiences serving small business customers and employees. The role covers user interface design, discovery, cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Research, testing and iteration, design-system extension, and mentoring less-experienced designers. Candidates need at least five years of professional product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, HR technology, benefits, insurance, or related domains, along with strong collaboration, discovery-to-delivery, visual design, and Figma and AI prototyping skills. The position is based in the New York City office and is hybrid, with a targeted base salary of $166,000 to $214,000 per year.
