Sofka is hiring a Senior Product Designer in Ecuador to translate customer and business needs into usable digital experiences. The role involves creating flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interface proposals; supporting implementation through design handoff; conducting tactical research; documenting design components; and designing solutions for an initiative or squad. The position requires 4 to 6 years of senior-level experience designing digital products in agile or digital transformation environments, along with UX/UI, prototyping, handoff, research, and component documentation skills.
