Source.paris is hiring an experienced User Experience Designer to support clients in defining product vision and designing high-impact experiences for complex B2B products. The role involves user research, concept development, advanced prototyping, tokenized design systems, interaction design, quality supervision, and collaboration with product, technology, and business teams. It requires at least six years of user experience design experience, strong organizational judgment, autonomy, and the ability to integrate AI into design methods. The position is primarily remote but based in Île-de-France, with possible travel to clients in Paris and optional attendance at Montreuil offices.
