ZAGENO is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design for both user-facing and platform-facing journeys, focusing on scientist and supplier personas within their online marketplace for life science lab supplies. The role involves ideation, research, interaction design, prototyping, and hand-off to engineering, ensuring usability, efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business goals. The Senior Product Designer will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data/AI teams, and Operations to build delightful user experiences and enable enterprise-scale workflows. The position requires a strong portfolio, proficiency in design and prototyping tools, and a deep understanding of design patterns and best practices.
