Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 7+ years of experience as a product designer, ideally in SaaS or modern cloud software.
Preferred Qualifications: Skilled across the full design process: discovery, prototyping, iteration and delivery.
Strong visual design and interaction design skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, across stakeholders at all levels.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and making trade-offs to achieve strategic goals.
Experience working closely with product managers and engineers in cross-functional teams.
Strong planning and organisational skills, able to manage timelines independently.
Research and data informed mindset, with the ability to seek and interpret insights to guide design decisions.
Comfortable leveraging AI and open to new ways of working.
