Docebo is hiring a Senior Product Designer focused on content design and language systems. The role leads ambiguous workflow and language problems, designs complete product workflows and AI-assisted review experiences, builds reusable terminology and content patterns, establishes localization-ready standards, and partners with Product, Engineering, UX Research, Design Systems, Accessibility, Technical Writing, Localization, and AI teams. The position also mentors designers and cross-functional partners and requires a portfolio demonstrating complex workflow ownership, product-language systems, research and validation, and measurable impact.
