Stash is hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead UX/UI design for in-product growth loops, including referrals, celebratory milestones, shareable achievements, and engagement incentives. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to create behavior-aware, visually compelling experiences that drive organic user acquisition and engagement, while contributing to design systems, product direction, and AI interaction innovation. It is a hybrid position based in New York, requiring at least three days per week in the office, and offers a base salary of $170,000–$195,000 plus equity and health benefits.
