ezCater is hiring a Senior Product Designer for its Supplier Self-Service pod to own the end-to-end experience that lets restaurant partners manage menus, availability, business information, performance, and issue resolution without internal intervention. The role partners with Product, Analytics, UX Research, Engineering, and Supply Operations to identify high-friction supplier actions, design scalable self-service flows, contribute to the design system, facilitate cross-functional alignment, and use AI-powered design tools. Candidates need at least five years of product, UX, interaction, or similar design experience, strong systems and visual design ability, Figma and prototyping proficiency, and a detailed portfolio. The position offers a $146,000–$187,000 annual cash compensation range, remote-hybrid work from Boston or home, and does not sponsor work visas.
