Valon is hiring a Senior Product Designer for its Mortgage Delinquency Team to design user experiences for homeowners facing financial hardship and servicing agents. The role covers end-to-end product design, user research, prototyping, testing, wireframing, high-fidelity design, cross-functional collaboration, design-system work, and mentoring junior designers. Candidates should have at least five years of user-centered product design experience, a solid portfolio, and experience with digital products; mortgage, startup, consumer, and enterprise software experience are advantageous. The position offers a base salary of $148,750 to $201,250, equity, a 401(k) plan, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
