Description
The Senior Product Designer will work in a discovery team before product roadmaps are fixed, turning vague customer problems and ideas into a clear product direction. The role focuses on early-stage product design, high-fidelity prototyping, product flows, interface design, hypothesis framing, workshops, design sprints, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Research, Engineering, and Business. It is not a delivery role and requires strong product thinking, discovery-led case studies, English and German fluency, and at least six years of product design experience.
