Arc’teryx is hiring a Senior Product Developer to lead the development of complex technical apparel products from concept through pre-production readiness. The role coordinates with design, sourcing, supply chain, production, quality, and vendor teams; develops prototypes and construction standards; maintains BOM and technical documentation; supports Product Developers and new hires; and contributes to product operations and continuous improvement. Candidates need 7+ years of product design or development experience, an undergraduate degree or equivalent training, strong technical and communication skills, and a proven mentorship ability. Compensation is CAD$94,000–CAD$124,000, with extended health, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
