Description
The Senior Product Developer, R&D will independently manage Activewear and Swim product development from concept through production across multiple brands and categories. The role leads work-in-progress, costing, vendor and manufacturer coordination, fabric research and development, sample approvals, market research, process improvements, and the development of junior team members. It requires at least eight years of garment product development or production experience, including Activewear and Swim, plus one year of managerial or leadership experience, a relevant degree, and proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. The position is based in Los Angeles and offers a base salary of $90,000 to $110,000 per year.
