Traction Rec is hiring a full-time Senior Product Developer to build and maintain SaaS products and AI agents across Salesforce and a cloud-native stack. The role involves designing reusable code, shipping features, improving development processes, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining code quality. Candidates should have substantial object-oriented product development experience, technical leadership experience, JavaScript and TypeScript framework experience, relational database knowledge, and strong communication skills; the role is open to remote candidates based in Canada, preferably in PST or EST, with a base salary of $110,000-$120,000.
