Description
The Product Development Engineer will develop and deploy manufacturing test solutions for advanced FPGA products, covering test architecture, on-chip DFT structures, test vectors, coverage analysis, ATE program development, silicon bring-up, production ramp, yield analysis, and test optimization. The role collaborates with Design, DFT, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, and Software teams and requires a relevant bachelor's degree, semiconductor test or product engineering experience, digital circuit knowledge, and familiarity with DFT, ATE, and test program development.
