Description
Hologic is hiring a Senior Product Development Engineer to lead biomedical device product development from concept through production, including subsystem ownership, project planning, technical decision-making, risk management, build and manufacturing transfer, and documentation. The role may direct engineers, technicians, and administrative staff and mentor junior engineers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in biomedical or mechanical engineering or a related field, research and development experience in the medical device industry, and 5 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years with a master’s degree. The annualized base salary range is $97,600 to $152,700, with bonus eligibility.
