Molex is hiring a Senior Product Development Engineer – Connector Design in Bangalore to lead the development of connector, interconnect, cable assembly, and high-speed connectivity products from concept through qualification and production launch. The role involves translating customer requirements into technical solutions, making design decisions, leading reviews and risk assessments, coordinating manufacturing validation and qualification, supporting troubleshooting and sustaining engineering, mentoring engineers, and driving continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, 8–12 years of product design and development experience, hands-on product development and DFMEA experience, CAD proficiency, and strong stakeholder and presentation skills.
