NVIDIA is hiring an NPI Product Development Engineer to own the manufacturing, test, and failure-analysis/recovery processes for new datacenter servers and assemblies. The role collaborates with hardware, firmware, software, manufacturing, program management, and quality teams; develops product development plans and DFX processes; supports prototype and validation builds; analyzes throughput, yield, and failure data; debugs server platforms; performs minor rework and recovery; and creates documentation and standard operating procedures. The position requires a BS/MS or equivalent in Electrical Engineering and 12+ years of relevant experience, with a base salary of 200,000 USD to 322,000 USD and applications accepted until September 1, 2026.
