Description
The employer is hiring a full-stack AI product engineer to own end-to-end features for an AI-powered tax platform used by accounting firms. The role involves building React interfaces, TypeScript APIs, and Python backend services; making product and technical decisions; using customer feedback and usage data; and collaborating with engineering, AI, product, and domain experts. It requires practical multi-agent workflow experience, at least five years of senior-level commercial experience building full-stack applications, product ownership, cloud infrastructure familiarity, and availability for afternoon work and occasional on-call support. The rate is 150–180 PLN plus VAT per hour, with fully remote work in Poland or a Łódź worksite.
