Plexus Corp. is hiring a Senior Product Engineer in Appleton, Wisconsin, to support customer technical communications, product initiation, continuous improvement, manufacturing readiness, sustaining production, and operations support. The role serves as a technical expert on site manufacturing, translates customer requirements into manufacturing solutions, supports manufacturing personnel, and may supervise up to two Manufacturing Technicians. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and at least three years of product engineering experience, including APQP, 8D, DFM/DFA, DMAIC, and manufacturing process development. The position requires no more than 10% travel and pays $97,820 per year.
