Workhelix is hiring a Senior Product Engineer to own the technical delivery of key product initiatives across its Python (FastAPI), React, and Postgres stack. The role focuses on building scalable, secure, production-grade SaaS software; contributing to architecture, code reviews, testing, observability, deployment, and operational excellence; and collaborating with Product, Design, Data Science, and other engineering teams. Candidates need at least five years of professional software engineering experience, strong full-stack development skills, SQL knowledge, and experience with scalable SaaS applications. The position offers a $150,000–$224,000 base salary plus equity and health benefits.
