Doctronic is hiring a Senior Product Engineer (Full Stack) to build patient-facing and clinician-facing features for its AI health guidance and telehealth platform. The role is full-stack, requiring work across frontend, backend, mobile, data, integrations, AI agents, and production systems. Candidates should have experience shipping user-facing products, strong full-stack skills, daily coding-agent experience, and the ability to make sound privacy, security, accessibility, reliability, and maintainability decisions. The position is based in New York City or San Francisco on a hybrid schedule and offers a base salary of $180,000 to $240,000 plus equity and benefits reimbursement.
