Description

Illumio is hiring a Senior Product Manager to define and own the strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for advanced security workflows in its Insights platform. The role focuses on threat detection, behavioral analysis, AI/ML-assisted security investigation, platform integrations, competitive positioning, and building a high-performing product-management team. It requires 10+ years of product-management or closely related experience in enterprise security or networking, including 5+ years shipping analytics, detection, or workflow products and 3+ years managing product managers. The position is 5 days per week onsite in Sunnyvale, California.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of product-management or closely related experience in enterprise security or networking
5+ years shipping analytics, detection, or workflow products in network security or cybersecurity
3+ years managing and developing product managers
Experience delivering enterprise SaaS products with demonstrated user adoption and customer retention
Experience with data-intensive security products, including flow analytics, behavioral detection, SIEM/SOAR integrations, or threat intelligence platforms
Preferred Qualifications: Product-management experience at a network-security analytics, security-operations, or detection-and-response vendor
Experience building products using NetFlow, sFlow, IPFIX, or VPC Flow Logs for security
Understanding of AI/ML technologies for security detection, including anomaly detection, graph neural networks, or LLM-based reasoning
Background in network forensics, incident response, or security operations
Experience with Zero Trust, microsegmentation, or network security policy management
Familiarity with cloud-native data platforms for security analytics at scale
